Help us grow the AI scene
in Chiang Mai,
on the ground.

We're opening a paid internship for Chiang Mai University students. You'll help push three things forward on the ground: run hackathons, reach local software companies, and help them grow their AI-native capability and connect to the AI tools and compute they need.

We give you training, real projects, and pay. Do well over a three-month trial and we'll consider converting you to full-time.

Doris warmly welcomes a new intern holding a laptop; three pixel icons show the three tracks — a hackathon trophy, a handshake over an office building, and a power plug linked to a data stream

02 / Three tracks

The three things you'll help move

They run in sequence and feed each other: gather people first (hackathons), then walk into companies (outreach), then connect their real needs to what we can offer.

🏗

Run hackathons

Track 01

Organize hackathons in Chiang Mai — venue, recruiting, run-of-show, on-site execution, follow-up. The first step to gathering local AI builders.

🤝

Company outreach

Track 02

Reach local software companies, build relationships, invite them to co-host hackathons, and open up conversations about the AI industry.

🔌

AI access

Track 03

During those conversations, gauge whether companies want to buy access to leading Chinese large-model APIs. We run an OpenRouter-style service: aggregating and reselling top Chinese models (Qwen, Kimi, GLM, MiniMax and more), with access and test accounts for Southeast Asia.

DAY TO DAY

What you'll actually do

  • Help prepare and run hackathons — venue, recruiting, run-of-show, on-site
  • Reach out to local software companies and maintain the contacts
  • Send hackathon and partnership invites; log and track responses
  • Gauge interest in Chinese model APIs and help set up test accounts
  • Structure the info you gather on the ground and feed it back to the team
WHO WE WANT

Who fits

  • A current Chiang Mai University student
  • Comfortable in Thai + English (or Chinese), unafraid to approach companies and communities
  • Proactive, reliable, finishes things — not just starts them
  • Genuinely curious about AI; familiarity with Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex is a plus
  • Knowing the local company / campus / community scene is a plus

We won't throw you in the deep end. You'll get training on the AI industry, on running hackathons, and a full playbook (SOP) for outreach and communication — learning while you do the work.
